J Devine Civil Engineering was appointed by Bellway Homes to deliver the key groundworks, drainage and infrastructure elements of the project and, to get the development out of the ground. Following the completion of these factors, Bellway Homes can commend the superstructure. 

This project comprises 3.2 hectares and is located at Huntercombe Lane South, South Burnham, Buckinghamshire, the former site of the Pfizer Pharmaceuticals factory. This new development which Bellway Homes acquired, will make way for new homes and transportation links.

The 3.2-hectare site at Huntercombe Lane South, South Burnham, Buckinghamshire, was a former Pfizer Pharmaceuticals factory, which has been acquired and demolished by Bellway Homes to make way for three new three-storey buildings and two new four-storey buildings, which will provide 165 brand new apartments, comprising 45 one-bedroom properties, 113 two-bedroom apartments and 7 three-bedroom properties.

The development will also incorporate car parking, open spaces including a Woodland walk and a children’s playground, as well as hard and soft landscaping with lots of communal areas.
