In late November of 2021, Devine Group began work on a new 120-unit development in West Durrington alongside highly-regarding house builder Persimmon Homes (Thames Valley office).
Castle Park is nestled between the popular seaside town of Worthing and the South Downs National Park, making it a fantastic living location for those looking for modern, high-quality housing just minutes away from the beach.
Following twelve months of hard work and the highest level of teamwork, all key infrastructure, such as roads, sewers and foundations, are now completed. An impressive 90 new homeowners are now moved in and looking forward to celebrating their first Christmas at Castle Park.
