In partnership with Vistry Homes Southern, Devine Group’s Minerva Heights site recently received the esteemed NHBC Seal of Excellence at the NHBC Brighton Awards. This latest award marks the company's third Seal of Excellence win, in addition to four PIJ awards on this development, solidifying Devine Group’s reputation as a benchmark of quality in the region.

Minerva Heights is an exciting development featuring 370 residential plots, which include a mix of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes, as well as 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. With a Contract Value of approximately £40 million, this project goes beyond simply constructing houses; it aims to create a vibrant new community. With a thoughtfully designed network of roads and parking areas, Minerva Heights enhances connectivity and convenience for its residents.
